cardioid creative is a multidisciplinary creative practice working at the intersection of art, strategy and community. through talent management services, web and graphic design, and event production, we curate experiences that advance social causes, amplify underrepresented voices, and bring people together. with precision and care, we align big vision with meticulous execution.

founded in 2026, cardioid creative is an artistic playground and creative lab for founder jabari lyles (they/them).

jabari has over 15 years of experience organizing, leading and serving communities. as a former government and nonprofit leader at several local and statewide LGBTQIA+ organizations, jabari has been an instrumental force in shaping public programs, services and policies in Baltimore and beyond. aside from their years of impact as an organizational leader and management consultant, jabari has steadily built a strong portfolio of creative projects that needed a place to live and grow.

from producing large public festivals to intimate community gatherings, designing graphics for small nonprofits or building websites for small businesses, jabari has always harnessed the power of art to create change. cardioid creative is a place to expand on that intention.
